At Atique we’ll always cover any issues you have with your piece of jewelry that are caused by normal wear and tear. That’s our lifetime guarantee to you. If you take care of your ring and you notice a small diamond has fallen out, we’ll replace it. We’ll repair prongs that have worn down over time and tighten loose gemstones, along with fixing many other issues that occur from simply wearing and loving your piece of jewelry from Atique.
We don’t cover damage that is done to your jewelry because of an accident or mishap. Think about something along the lines of dropping your ring in the garbage disposal. Trust us, it happens. For that, you’ll need jewelry insurance. We don’t offer jewelry insurance, but if you have questions about getting a piece of jewelry insured we’re happy to give advice and help point you in the right direction.
